  4. what you need:

  6. 15 lbs ripe (yellow) bananas
  7. a sharp knife
  8. a large pot
  9. cookie sheets
  10.  
  11. what to do:
  12.  
  13. peel all the bananas eat the fruit
  14. save the peels, know with your sharp knife
  15. scrape all the inside out of the peels
  16. save the scraped materials
  17. put it in a large pot
  18. boil for 3-4 hours
  19. until it has attained a solid paste consistency
  20. spread the paste on the cookie sheets
  21. let it dry for 20-30 minutes
  22. you may feel the rush after
  23. smoking 3-4 cigarettes
  24.
